Crowd Control

Icon Security covers all areas of Perth in Crowd Control, for nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, events, entertainment centres, lounge bars and more. We are constantly adding to our large pool of staff, with a variety of skills, to suit customers with different needs.

When looking for your special crowd controllers, we look for the following skills:

• A confident presence
• Efficient and by the book at resolving potential problems. This ensures the least possible disturbance to other patrons
• An understanding of the signs of problems
• Effective communication and body language
• Professional manner
• Friendly customer service skills, while still keeping a watchful eye on the venue.
• Zero tolerance to violence and the ability to use restrained force as a tool for the removal of evicted patrons
• Greets patrons and staff in a friendly manner
• Takes care of their appearance and grooming

Estimate numbers of Crowd Controllers (as set by Liquor Licensing): 2 Crowd Controllers for up to 100 guests and 1 Crowd Controller for each additional 100 guests.
